How to associate a reservation created outside a block, to a Group/Block

There could be instances where a reservation is created and later discovered that the reservation should have been part of a Group Block.

Below are the steps to put a reservation into a Group/Block:

For the below example we want to add a reservation to the group named "Vegas Event" and to the block named "Roulette Team." See below the block we need to add the reservation to:

1. Open the reservation that needs to be added to the block.

2. Click on the pencil icon in the "GUEST INFO" section.

3. In the pop-up, start typing in the group account name/number in the "Account info" field.

4. Select the appropriate option of "NO" or "YES" in the decision box.

5. From the drop-down option for "Block info", Select the desired block the reservation needs to be added to.

6. Click on "Save"

You will now see that the reservation is added to the block and the blocked rooms and picked rooms have increased.
