Once a block is created, Guest can easily pick the rooms from the block from the booking engine.
The booking engine allows for pick up only for the block dates.
Note: We have enhancement planned, where guests can also select the shoulder dates on the booking engine.
Share the Group number with the guests, and this can be used to pick up rooms from the booking engine directly.
Ensure the booking engine is enabled to receive group bookings.
Navigate to: Setup>Booking Engines>open the booking engine>Settings tab>Group Bookings
On the booking engine, Click on the link “I Have a Group Number” and enter the group number to see the block info.
