The Guest Compliance Report lets properties export guest information to meet local laws and regulations. In some areas, this information must be shared with authorities like the police or fire department.
The report includes guest contact details, ID document info, and their check-in and check-out dates.
The Guest Compliance report has a separate permission to enable it, due to the sensitive nature of its data. Only User Roles with the "Ability to Access Guest Compliance Report" can see or access this report. A User with access to Add/Edit a 'User Role' can grant this permission to other Roles, which will apply the change to all users with that Role. You can learn more about Permissions and Roles here.
The Guest Compliance report can be run for multiple properties at once, or for a single property.
