The Guest Compliance Report allows properties to export guest information to comply with local regulations in certain jurisdictions, where guest information may need to be provided to local authorities such as police and fire departments. The report includes guest contact information, identification document data and the stay dates of the guest’s reservation.
Due to the sensitive nature of the information within this report, this report will have a separate entitlement and only those User Roles who have this entitlement can see or access this report. A User with access to Add/Edit a 'User Role' (Usually, an Admin) will be able to give this Entitlement to other Roles and to all the Users tagged to those Roles.
The report options will give you some quick options in the drop down as well as the ability to select Custom to and from dates.
Then you can select how you want the data sorted by, arrival or departure date.
Click RUN REPORT
The report will give you the requested information in the Sort order you selected.
At the very top of the report, you have the option to:
- Download to excel
- download .pdf
- print as .pdf
- SAVE - save the report and its criteria for easy access
- RUN REPORT - get the results of your selected criteria
- Edit - quickly change the criteria of the report
If you Save the particular criteria of this report (Saved Report - Version 2 only), you can later add it to a Batch Report - Version 2 only and email it.
