The block on rooms can be cancelled if the group no longer wants to stay at the property.
The block can be cancelled from the status section of the block.
Cancelling a block also cancels the reservations that are part of the block.
At the time of cancellation, the user is provided with an option to “void the charges on the reservations” or not.
Once a block is cancelled, you cannot undo the cancellation, edit a block or add reservations to the block.
