Once a block is created, the guest names need to be assigned to the block.
This is referred to as Pick-up from the block.
The pickup button is available in Reservations> Block list
Click on the Pick-Up button on the block list to pick up rooms for the respective block.
The new reservation tab displays a summary for the block at the top, and reservations created become part of the block.
The room classes with “pending pick-ups” are separated from the other room classes.
