Group Account Folio: Generate Statement

Statements are typically prepared when an invoice needs to be presented to the group account.

The account master folio has only 1 folio and additional folios cannot 


Note: If the user has multiple blocks and a statement is needed with reservation transfers from each of the blocks then it is best to create each block in its own separate group account and use the account master folio to hold the charges.

 

  • Click on the Group Account à Folio Tab à Generate Statement Button.


Statements can be printed or downloaded a s a pdf and shared with the group leader.


Header

Client Name

The top left of the Statement displays the Client Name

Client Address

Displays the address of the Client as specified in Admin>Client Info>Details>Mailing Info

Statement Period

Displays the start and end date for the statement. Items included in the statement are inclusive of the start and end date.

 

 Account Information

 

Account Name

Name of the Group Account

Account #

Account Number of the Group

Billing Contact

Billing Contact info as specified on account

Billing address

Billing Address as specified on account

 

Account Summary
Displays each of the Charges and Payments on the account master folio.

Date

Date the Folio line item was effective

Property

This column displays only for a multi-property account

Category

The ledger account that the item is mapped to

Description

Description of the folio line item

Tax

Applicable taxes for the specific line item

Amount

Displays the total computed amount of the item
