The Groups Module at innRoad helps you manage Group Bookings.

The system has features for setting aside multiple rooms for the block, uploading multiple reservations, and handling special rates for the groupblock.

Listed below are some of the key features:

1.   Create a Block on rooms:

      Quickly create a block of multiple rooms and customize rates applicable only for that block. 

2.   Quickly find created blocks: 

Gain a comprehensive view of all group blocks at your property with an intuitive, simplified interface. 

3. Create block reservations with an excel file upload: 

Streamline reservation creation effortlessly by uploading multiple reservations via an Excel file and thus increasing efficiency.

4. Guests can book block reservations from the booking engine

Provide the guests with a special code to book reservations in the block directly from the booking engine.

5. Extended Blocked Reservations: 

The reservation can now be part of the block and get the rate of the block. Days booked beyond the block dates, are priced at the regular rate plan rates.

6. Ability to change the stay dates and rates of the block even after reservations are picked.

7. Multi-Tab Functionality: 

Open and manage multiple blocks simultaneously (just like reservations), providing flexibility and efficient workflow management.
